BOOKING QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to ensure your date is available. Private Events can be booked up to 6 months in advance, and Corporate Events up to 1 year in advance! Any events booked within 1 week of the event date are subject to a late booking fee.

What if I don’t see the character I want?

We’re always looking to add new characters! E-mail us with your request and we’ll see about bringing your creative ideas to life in time for your event.

POLICIES

“Rain or Shine” Weather Policy

We do not cancel bookings due to weather. Unless there is a natural disaster, we plan to be at your event rain or shine! Please note, in the case of rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures, we do require an indoor or weather-appropriate venue for the safety of our performers.

Cancellations & Refunds

No amount of money paid can be refunded, only transferred. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, the full payment for that event will be credited towards the new event date or any future booking! A fee may apply for events rescheduled less than one week before the event date.

Travel Fees

For events more than 20 miles from our headquarters (zip code 75236), a travel fee of $5 per 5 miles rounded up will be applied (minimum $10). For example:
21-30 miles = $10 per performer
31-35 miles = $15 per performer
36-40 miles = $20 per performer

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is already included in all prices listed on our website to make life easier for you.

PARTY ADVICE

What do I need to provide?

Your performer will come equipped with everything they need, but a 10×10 space for activities and a chair for your performer to sit in would be ideal.

What if I have other entertainment as well?

The more the merrier! If you are having a bounce house, water slide, or pool time we recommend scheduling that portion of the party either before or after your character’s visit so the children’s attention isn’t torn. Please note: we do not perform with characters from other companies.

Should I tip my performer?

Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated! All tips go directly to the performers – not the company – because we love them as much as you do. If you plan on tipping, we recommend doing so via cash, check, or Venmo as you walk your performer(s) out after the party!
