BOOKING QUESTIONS

Can I book more than one character for a Birthday Party?

Absolutely! There is no limit to the amount of characters you can invite. Every Birthday Party Booking starts with a minimum two characters of your choice. For our princesses, this means your princess of choice and a fairy godmother attendant. For all other character types, it means any two characters of your choice. You can stick to a theme with characters from the same story, or you can mix and match for a fun collaboration! Each character in your booking beyond these first two is provided at a discounted rate.

Is there a discount for booking additional characters?

Yes there is! Each character in your booking beyond the minimum initial package is provided at a discounted rate.

What if I don’t see the character I want?

We’re always looking to add new characters! Call or e-mail us with your request and we’ll see about bringing your creative ideas to life in time for your event. In 2025 we added 8 new characters based on client requests!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to ensure your date is available. Any events booked within 1 week of the event date are subject to a 15% booking fee.

POLICIES

“Rain or Shine” Weather Policy

We do not cancel bookings due to weather. Unless there is a natural disaster, we plan to be at your event rain or shine! Please note, in the case of rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures, we do require an indoor or weather-appropriate venue for the safety of our performers.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, the full payment for that event will be credited towards the new event date or any future booking! No amount of money paid will be refunded, only transferred. A 15% fee applies for events canceled or rescheduled less than one week (7 days) before the event date.

Travel Fees

For events more than 20 miles from our headquarters (zip code 75236), a travel fee of $7.50 per 5 miles rounded up will be applied (minimum $15). No worries, we calculate this for you before sending your finalized quote.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is already included in all prices listed on our website to make life easier for you.

PARTY ADVICE

Do I need to provide anything?

Your performer will come equipped with everything they need, but a 10×10 space for activities and a table set with two chairs for your chosen special activity is greatly appreciated.

What do the characters do during their visit?

Our Birthday Party Program is designed so our characters are actively entertaining your guests for the entire visit. This includes various activities, performances, and personal conversations. We will also customize your booking in your consultation call to perfectly fit your party, your vision, and your little one’s dreams. What if I have other entertainment as well?

The more the merrier! If you are having a bounce house, water slide, or pool time we recommend scheduling that portion of the party either before or after your character’s visit so the children’s attention isn’t torn. We always make sure to ask about additional entertainment in your consultation call so we can make sure the day is coordinated beautifully. Please note: we do not perform with characters from other companies.

Should I tip my performer?

Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated! All tips go directly to the performers – not the company – because we love them as much as you do. If you plan on tipping, we recommend doing so via cash, check, or Venmo as you walk your performers out after the party!
